Record is clean VG+ with some minor surface noises . Hardly any marks at all. Maybe some minor sleeve scuffs

Sleeve is decent. Obviously from the pictures it had some exposure to moisture. There are no splits no musty smell, but the bottom right corner has a wiggle. Its not a terrible though and I would feel good about having this in my collection if I was a fan of The Fall. I'll give it a VG- because its structurally sound
