El esplendor de la década del ´20 Empiezan a surgir las orquestas típicas (integradas por tres o cuatro bandoneones, tres o cuatro violines, un piano, un contrabajo y un cantor de “estribillos”). El tango crece y se expande de la mano de sus directores, músicos y compositores como Francisco Canaro, Roberto Firpo, Juan Maglio, Osvaldo Fresedo y Julio de Caro; de sus poetas: Celedonio Flores (con sus marcados versos lunfardos) y Pascual Contursi (el autor del primer tango canción). Es el momento en que el tango comienza a transformase en una “música mayor”.  Surgen obras inmortales como “Quejas de bandoneón” de Juan de Dios Filiberto, “Flores negras” de Francisco Canaro, “Tierra querida” de De Caro, y las obras de Arolas, de Greco y de Agustín Bardi, entre otros. Sin embargo, hasta ese momento era muy mal visto por las personas de “buenas costumbres” que, escandalizadas por el desparpajo y la sensualidad de su danza, lo consideraban un género menor ligado a costumbres non sanctas y a personajes de baja “calaña”. Es recién en la década del ´20 cuando estalla en popularidad y penetra en todas las clases sociales especialmente cuando la clase alta, tan atenta a las tendencias parisinas, comienza a observar el fenómeno que produce el tango en Paris. Era la época de la Belle Epoque, cuando el romance de ida y vuelta entre Buenos Aires y París estaba en su esplendor. Mientras Buenos Aries seguía las tendencias impuestas por la capital europea en el estilo de las construcciones edilicias, en la moda, y en el intento de “adoptar” algunos de sus modales y costumbres, el tango triunfa en París con la llegada de algunos de los músicos y directores de orquestas típicas más representativos del momento. Después del impacto del tango en Francia, comienza a ser adoptado por todas las clases sociales,expandiéndose hacia todos los rincones de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Es el protagonista de los teatros, los cabarets, los salones de baile, los clubes, la radio, los bares y el cine, este último gracias especialmente a Carlos Gardel. Es a través de  sus películas que el tango llega primero a Nueva York, luego a toda América y de allí al mundo entero por la seducción que ejercen el  carisma, la pinta, el estilo y particularmente esa voz única de “El gran zorzal criollo”, con que marcó al tango para siempre. La década del ´30 Ya hacia fines del ´20 aparece en escena un poeta muy particular. Enrique Santos Discépoloconsiderado el “gran cronista social del tango”, quien con su estilo de poesía directa describió descarnadamente tanto los dolores, pesares y bajezas del hombre como la desesperanza social. Y si bien su pluma fue fundamental en la historia del tango, su definición del mismo era “ese sentimiento triste que se baila”. Su obra se hizo eco de la crisis del ´30 que hizo estragos en nuestro país dentro del marco internacional de desconcierto, enfermedades, escasez y pobreza en lo que fuera la antesala de la segunda guerra mundial. Es su tango “Yira yira” el que describe como nadie lo hizo esa desesperanza en la que se encontraba sumergido el hombre de ese tiempo. “Cuando la suerte que es grela, fayando y fayando te largue parao, cuando estés bien en la vía, sin rumbo, desesperao, cuando no tengas ni fe, ni yerba de ayer secándose al sol. Cuando rajés los tamangos buscando ese mango que te haga morfar la indiferencia del mundo que es sordo y es mudo, recién sentirás: VERAS QUE TODO ES MENTIRA, VERAS QUE NADA ES AMOR, QUE AL MUNDO NADA LA IMPORTA, YIRA YIRA... AUNQUE TE QUIEBRE LA VIDA, AUNQUE TE MUERDA UN DOLOR, NO ESPERES NUNCA UNA MANO, NI UNA AYUDA, NI UN FAVOR”.   
En 1935 en un accidente de avión en Medellín, muere Carlos Gardel  y todo parece silenciarse. Sin embargo, su voz se inmortaliza para siempre y lo transforma en leyenda porque aún hoy nadie discute a sus más fieles seguidores que “cada día, canta mejor”. Entre la crisis social y económica y la desaparición del “más grande de todos los tiempos”, el tango parecía atravesar un período de espera. Pero se  estaba gestando en realidad, una década de gloria.  La edad de oro del tango: la década del ´40 La llegada de los años´40 marca la época de oro del tango con la aparición  de grandes creadores, músicos, compositores, directores, el surgimiento de las grandes orquestas con excelentes cantores que marcarían cada uno un estilo, y de poetas que trazarían un nuevo camino en las letras del tango: de gran vuelo literario, con profundidad y romanticismo, sellaron para siempre el  estilo nostálgico, triste y desgarrado con el que sería identificado para siempre.
Es el auge de los grandes salones de baile, y de un protagonismo absoluto en medios tan importantes como la radio y el cine, que fueron responsables fundamentales en el fenómeno de su masificación. Era la década en la que Buenos Aires no dormía eternizándose en un tango con las grandes orquestas tocando en vivo en los bailes, y estrenando nuevas obras en la voz de sus cantores. Un fenómeno social y cultural difícil de igualar.
Entre lo más destacado, encontramos a las orquestas de Aníbal Troilo, Angel D´Agostino, Juan D ´Arienzo, Miguel Caló, Carlos Di Sarli, entre tantas otras. Los cantores Francisco Fiorentino, Angel Vargas, Hector Mauré, Alberto Podestá. Y los poetas Homero Manzi, Enrique Cadícamo, Cátulo Castillo, Homero Expósito y José María Contursi. Si bien todos hablan de “la década del ´40” como la época de oro del tango, el período se extiende hasta mediados de la década del ´50.

A new inner plastic cover for every vinyl and a new plastic cover for every jacket.Each vinyl is marked with a serial number and quality control sticker by the seller. Insurance suggested in order to claim for lost or damaged of the Lp. I ship using heavy-duty cardboard mailers / bubble mailers to ensure that your items arrive as safely as possible. I pack LPs with the records outside of the jacket to prevent seam splits.
