With A Foldout Style Japanese Liner-notes/Lyrics Sheet , A Postcard Insert for The Customer Survey (Having The Ad. of Warner Pioneer's Releases incl. The "Appetite for Destruction" Having "Banned" Design Sleeve) and A Correction Sheet for The Missing about Lyrics of The "Sweet Child of Mine" on The Lyrics Sheet by Int'l Division of Warner Pioneer Japan.
Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus-VG Plus (Having Some Short Creases on Edges and Light Rubbed Damages on Spines), OBI Strip Has A Short Tear around Its Bottom Like The Photo # 9.
