The Dirt Merchants 1960s Garage Rock Band / Discovery Label

I am going through a huge collection of vinyl albums from a late family member's estate.  One little gem so far is this very rare 45 vinyl record from a 60's garage rock band called "The Dirt Merchants".  This album is in near mint condition.  The vinyl is very shiny, there do not appear to be any scratches or gouges anywhere.  If you look at the close up image in the photo gallery, each side looks this clean.  All white marks are dust.  Sleeve is generic.  The labels look brand new with NO WRITING!  Compared to other copies of this record I've seen for sale online, this one has to be "the best of the best".
