Over 21 years and more than 2700 transactions I had a 100% Positive rating.
Last year I made 1 mistake, forgetting to take down one listing from auto-renewing before taking a break from selling. By the time I had discovered this, someone had purchased the CD, did not get a response from me (as I was not checking email for eBay as I had not posted anything) and gave me negative feedback. He had already received a refund, so I shipped the CD immediately at no charge with an apology to make up for my mistake. Since I have not been selling over the past year that resulted in a 91.7% rating for the past 12 months.
