This is the original 1987 first issue radio station promo 45. This came from a country radio station in Ohio that never played the record because of the format. This 45 was released to promote the film The Lost Boys. This is a rare issue that came with the commercial release picture sleeve. As you see in the pics the record is a blue label promo with both sides featuring Lou Gramm's song. The record and sleeve are mint as you can see in the pics as well.
