Here's a US PRESSING of BOB DYLAN'S LP PLANET WAVES from 1974 on the ASYLUM LABEL. Backing Bob on this studio LP is THE BAND. And, if you're a fan of THE BAND, but do not own this LP, you need to ask yourself why? It was recorded during the Big Pink era that also produced THE BASEMENT TAPES. This copy is an original 1974 TERRE HAUTE PRESSING CAT# 7E1003 . It's in beautiful condition, and the music is great.
This LP is NEAR MINT ALL AROUND. A great playing copy with a wonderful cover. The COVER is NEAR MINT. It does have a very small toning around the edges, and small amount of ringer on the back. There's a corner cut out bottom right. The VINYL looks and plays as MINT. Just as you would expect a brand new copy to look and sound. This copy is the early UNCENSORED cover. On the back cover, Bob wrote a stream of consciousness that started with the line BACK TO THE STARTING POINT!. The piece contained words and lines that some deemed vulgar and indecent. So the subsequent copies had creative ways to cover that up to not offend folks. This is the raw uncensored version, so if that would bother you, this is not your copy.
This one is a crystal clean great copy.
