Sam & Dave "Hold On, I'm Comin'" mono LP, number STAX 708, 1966, blue label, distributed by Atlantic Recording.
I rate the record and the sleeve VG. The record has some tiny superficial hairline scratches throughout from gentle play. The sleeve is in overall nice, structurally sound condition with some edge-wear and corner wear and yellowing consistent with its age.
Smoke-free environment.
