This is an ORIGINAL 1969 LONDON RECORDS U.S. 45 containing the classic tunes titled 'Honky Tonk Women' backed with 'You Can't Always Get What You Want' from The Rolling Stones.  It is London Records U.S. catalog number 45-910, stock copy styrene pressing, packaged in its original picture sleeve.  
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE SAME 'HONKY TONK WOMAN' RECORD AND PICTURE SLEEVE THAT I RECENTLY LISTED AND SOLD - THAT COPY HAS BEEN SOLD AND IS BEING SHIPPED TO ITS BUYER, THIS IS MY THIRD DIFFERENT AND LAST CURRENT COPY OF THE 'HONKY TONK WOMEN' RECORD AND PICTURE SLEEVE.
Condition of record is VG+ with some light visible surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play.  This record has been visibly lightly used but plays nicely and quietly with no scratchiness or distortion.  Labels have some contact wear, no other flaws.  Condition of picture sleeve is also VG+ with some wrinkles and some extremely light discoloration at its lower right corner, NO splits, tears, writing, or stickers.
