VINYL GRADING (Visual !!): My LPs are visually graded, most of the LPs I have/am listing are from an OLD and well cared for HUGE Jazz record collection (50K to 75K 78s, LPs + 45s).  Many times the vintage vinyl (1950s + 1960s) from this collection, visually grade above average E to E- visually sharp-  they are obviously not scratched or abused, they are so old that they have some background noise in most to many cases ( they all have noise to some degree). My brother is recording many/ most of these LPs before I list them and he notes if there is abnormally bad noisiness or obvious defects--this is NOT a play grade--he just notes the real obvious bad stuff. Like I stated before, most vintage vinyl + 78s have noise -some are better some are worse. The letter grades are strictly visual.
33RPM X "X" LXA-1028 Audrey Morris, Bistro Ballads, high grade, above average E (other scale its gotta be a V++) it is sharp  This rare great circa 1955 LP has light wear and few light visible flaws, above average condition, few benign marks and the lightest of filmy wear--very light, just the smallest of imperfections when I look close at it (and I see good up close) see my 5 photos. I just asked my 91 year old dad who got this back in the 50s--he can't remember where he got it--probably new--I just asked him, he guesses he has played it maybe 5-10 times (no more) since he got it back in the late 50s. I played the 1st few seconds of it--to listen for obvious excessive noise--it sounded definately not noisy, and my brother did not note any excessive noise or flaws when he recorded this a few months back. Play grading it now- it plays very nicely with some light noise. Graded visually.  Spindle holes and white/red labels have little wear. Will come with a quality paper / plastic inner sleeve. The jacket is light to mild wear, nice cover, tape on bottom edge, minor scratches to front, the edges are clean--little wear, there is minor corner dings, there is a 1/4 inch split on the bottom corner, a couple small coffee like stains top back--see the 8 pictures above--to get a good look at. Will come with an outer plastic protective plastic cover. Please email with any questions. Buy it now for $449.95.  FREE shipping via US Media Mail to US addresses.
