Here's a great US MONO PRESSING of BUDDY HOLLY'S  THAT'LL BE THE DAY LP on the US DECCA LABEL from 1961. CAT#DL8707.  He was taken from us at the beginning of his career, and the beginning of rock is one of the huge tragedy's in music.  He came out of nowhere to release just 2 LPs during his lifetime.  Out of that and the few other sessions, he had put an indelible mark on rock music that continues to influence artists today.
This is a great copy.  The sound is great.  The vinyl plays VG.  It's a beautiful play, and retains it's original gloss.  Mostly there's some background between tracks, but in on few tracks there's a little background too.  It doesn't overtake the music, but there.  The cover is VG with a lower right bottom corner bend, and scotch tape neatly taped on the seams and spine.  Seams and spine were and are in great shape, but owner put tape on for precaution.  Cover has some toning front and back.  Comes with OG inner in VG+ condition.
This LP came out of a significant single owner collection that I recently bought part of.  The owner had impeccable taste, and bought the best of the original copies at the time.

VINYL        VG COVER      VG OG INNER. VG+
