No Insert. Album cover condition is as shown in pictures. Mild wear on edges and bridges.Vinyl was fully tested and play through nicely. There are some thin hair line scratches that are occasionally audible (side 1 beginning and on softer parts of ending song. Side 2 has one long thin scratch but is only faintly heard through beginning and during some quieter parts. Mild occasional crackling.
