This is a ROSWELL / RCA RECORDS U.S. 180 GRAM 2 LP SET dating from 2013 with soundtrack music from the film titled 'Sound City', Dave Grohl's first production project with an all star lineup of friends.  It is Roswell / RCA Records U.S. catalog number 88765-44992-1, gatefold cover, with custom inner sleeves.
Limited edition 11-track double LP pressed on 180gram Heavyweight Vinyl featuring the official soundtrack to Sound City documentary film which was produced & directed by Dave Grohl in his directorial debut about the history of recording studio Sound City Studios in Van Nuys Los Angeles. Dave Grohl founded the supergroup Sound City Players with many of the musicians who appear in this movie and with whom he played live for the soundtrack including his Foo Fighters band mates, Paul McCartney, Stevie Nicks, Corey Taylor, Joshua Homme, Krist Novoselic, Trent Reznor and more.
