Van Halen “MCMLXXXIV (1984)” Vinyl LP/Album. This was the last record that featured front man and lead singer, David Lee Roth. Mfd. by RCA Music Service Under License. MegaHits Jump, Panama and Hot For Teacher. This album of all my Van Halen’s LP’s is in the by far the best condition. It is in excellent condition. There is very slight wear along all four corners, the spline and the edge of album opening. The front cover has some slight creases on the left hand side of the front cover. The back cover has a few creases along the left hand side. It has the original inner sleeve and it also is in very good condition, is intact and has no noticeable tears or slits. The only issue is a turned up corner on the upper right hand side. The condition of the vinyl is good, but it needs a good cleaning with a DiscWasher system. Although it has been close to 30 years, since I last played this record, I don’t remember any skipping or audio issues. However, I am not making any guarantees, as I no longer have a turntable to test the playback of the album.

**Note: I am not a professional appraiser nor I am not a grading or condition expert. I am giving my honest subjective observation of all aspects of the covers, spline, sleeves and the LP itself. Please view all photos carefully before you bid, offer or purchase. This album is from my personal library/collection of Vinyl LPs/Albums and I’m not a dealer, collector or reseller. All of my LPs/Albums have been stored in a temperature controlled environment for all these years. If you have any questions or want to request any additional photos, including close-ups, I will be happy to cooperate. I prefer to provide the customer with as much information before purchasing than to handle complaints and returns later.

The $1.00 handling charge is to cover the cost of the special Vinyl LP/Album cardboard shipping container. They cost me more than 1.00 each. Please know that I am not making money off either the shipping or this additional handling charge, just attempting to recover most of my shipping expenses. I am using these special boxes to hopefully ensure the LP/Album is not damage during shipment. I will ship USPS Media Mail, unless requested differently by the purchaser.
