This is my own copy, purchased by me in 1992 while living in London and many years later brought back to Los Angeles with me. 
I am not a record dealer, and not up on the intricacies of the grading system(s), but to describe it to the best of my ability, I would say that the sleeve definitely has some wear, particularly the upper left corner on the front, but that it is nevertheless still in quite presentable condition. On the rear there is also an area near the top of the photo that looks like someone wrote on a piece of paper on top of it and it left some indentation marks. It is a little hard to capture, but please see last pic, where you can make it out a little in the clouds next to Ed’s head. There are also a few marks in the dark part of Jonny’s hair. I’d say it doesn’t really stand out except maybe for the section at the farthest right unless you are examining it particularly in reflected light, but it’s there, along with some other minor scuffs, etc. 
The record itself is in what I would call excellent condition. I don’t actually recall playing it very much at the time, and very likely never after that year. Please see pics and ask any questions.
