Nothing more annoying than getting a record that has been over graded.

Front cover is very clean. A little sticker residue to right.
Back cover clean with slight ring wear near the bottom.
Drill hole top left.
Inner sleeve has about a 2 1/2 inch tear on one side
Plays Great.
