I cannot guarantee vinyl quality as I haven't played this in over 30 years. As you can see from the photos, there doesn't appear to be any scratches.
Shipping is via USPS Media Mail with tracking at cost (including handling charges). Please note that you should expect at least a week for delivery via USPS Media Mail. All vinyl products are in an acid-free plastic sleeve and will be shipped in record mailers with extra cardboard inserts. Please note that I only ship to the USA.
