Just in time for the holidays - Quiet Riot's 2nd release, with Randy Rhoads! This is one of many collectables in my personal collection of over 400 vinyl records. I purchased all of my records while in high school, in the early 80's. All records have been stored in a plastic sleeve since the day that I bought them, and most have only been played a couple of times, as my general practice was to transfer the record to a high-quality cassette.
Don't be fooled by the bootleg copies! There were so many bootlegs of this LP in the 80's that many mistake them for the original. I even bought one at the time, just to have a second copy. But there are several differences between the bootleg and the original: 1) There is no OBI on the bootleg, 2) There is no listing of the manufacturer album number, album name, name of the artist or record company down the side of the jacket, 3) The record quality was significantly inferior, with visible divots and a lot of pops and crackles, when played, 4) Bootleg comes with a plain white sleeve and no lyric sheet. If you're looking to buy from someone else, make sure that you ask them for a picture of the side of the record jacket.
Anyway, I am listening to the record as I type this listing, and it plays perfectly - no skips or pops and very little surface noise. I always liked purchasing Japanese vinyl, as the record quality was far superior to U.S. vinyl! Overall, this album is in near mint condition, for being 40+ years old. The album cover is in excellent condition. There are tiny scuffs or bend marks in all 4 corners of the cover. On the front, you can also see a scrape mark in the upper right area of the cover, in one of the pictures. It shows up under the lighting for the picture, but I didn't even notice it on the cover, until I saw the picture. The side of the jacket also has a couple of small scrape marks where the album number is. The lyric sheet looks near mint, to my eyes.
Please don't hesitate to email me with any questions, as I do not accept returns.
The album will ship to the lower 48 states only, via 1st class USPS priority mail.
No international buyers, please.
