This is from our grandmother's collection.  She was a "Collector;" so, she has alot of records that she never played - just stored them away - probably some in a damp room or even in the garage.  This is okay for the discs; but, it didn't do any favors to some of the album covers. On the bright side, she did store them standing up - which is perfect. This album cover has a slight amount of mildew/moisture damage on the bottom edges of the cover.  However, the records inside were clearly never played.  It looks like she took one of the 3 discs out (it had a little dust on it and a finger print - which I cleaned off with professional record cleaning product).  The others were never removed from their paper sleeves and appear to be spotlessly clean.  At least by the naked eye.  The lovely Disney pictures inside the album cover are all in very good condition.  Could easily be used for other purposes - in picture frames, etc.  The only problem really is the moisture/mildew damage at the bottom of some of the pages and cover.  The album is still structurally fine; if not vaguely stinky from the mildew - which I tried to get rid of.  I could put the cover inside kitty litter with lavender leaves for a while.  That works great on paper and books.  But, I don't want to do any damage to the records inside. I t hink the important part are the vinyl records - which are in excellent condition.  I can tell you how to get rid of the odor if you want to store the records someplace else while you are treating the cover.  I have a sensitive sniffer; so, if it's not bothering me, it probably won't bother most folks. I Mostly, it just smells like old cardboard. 
We store all our items in a clean dry smoke free environment without the use of scented products and items are handled with care by one healthy vaccinated person who has your well being in mind.  All proceeds benefit rescued dogs.  All shipping costs are based on whatever we are charged by USPS.
