The vinyl has some scuffs and imperfections as shown. No skips that require you to adjust the stylus, but there is some clipping in a few areas lasting 1-2 seconds - Home (reprise), Us and Them, & Brain Damage each have this spot, and then it resumes sounding amazing. Overall if you can get past the imperfections most of the record sounds as intended.
Gatefold also has wear as shown. No extras included.
