I am the original owner of this classic, purchased at age 13 and carried with me all these years!  I can't recall exactly how many plays this has, but I would put between 25 and 30 total, mostly in the early 80s.  The album is still very playable for a 40 yo album, so long as buyer is aware of the standard noise/light pops common with vinyl play.  The LP is not warped, does have some minimal surface scratching.  
Sleeve is mostly intact, there is some wear present primarily on the corners and edges [see photos].  Somehow, in my opinion, this adds to the appeal of this record (That it mostly survived after initial torment from a reckless teen (me), to years of being moved around the U.S., yet always stored properly as an adult). Also, want to add that there are no food stains or spilled drinks on this album, if anything I was always careful to not eat around my albums and kept my hands clean
NOTE!  There are a couple of points where this may skip depending on your system, this plays pretty clean overall on my turntable, but i want to disclose and warn that some of the pops may cause your needle to jump depending on the balance and how sensitive you have your tonearm set.  This likely caused from playing this on a mediocre system at the time (80s)!
