Condition

All come with inner sleeves.
Some wear and discolouration to the sleeves from age and storage.
Some scratching and wear to the records.
Records are untested.

Our weekly auctions run from approx. 7pm Sunday - 7pm Sunday, consisting of around 100 donated items to bid on.

1. Can you provide any additional photos or information about an item?

We are very happy to answer any questions about an item, and can provide more photos. 

Please send us a direct message, and we will reply as soon as possible within our stated opening hours.

However, please leave plenty of time before the end of an auction, so we can get back to you.

We will provide answers and photos to your messages as accurately as we can, within our range of knowledge.

2. Do you take any offers on items?

We do not accept any offers on items up for auction. We let all auctions run their course, as part of our eBay policy.

We do not take any offers for unsold items, but we are happy to relist them at the original price. This gives everyone a fair chance to bid.

3. Can I view an item before bidding?

If you contact us, we are happy for you to view any items within our Crest Llandudno Junction store's opening hours.

This must be arranged through eBay, and a time must be agreed upon.

4. Can I collect a won item?

If you contact us asking to arrange a collection before paying, we can edit your invoice to remove the postage charge.

The item can be collected, upon prior arrangement, within our Crest Llandudno Junction store's opening hours.

5. Do you combine invoices?

If multiple items are purchased, we are happy to combine invoices.

Our base postage cost is £4.50, which covers postage, packaging supplies, couriers and other additional costs.

For smaller, lighter items, we are happy to combine multiple items to this base cost up to 2kg.

For larger items (over 2kg), the price may change due to the combined size and weight. It will be lower than the separate costs.

Payment

All payments are to be made through eBay, through your preferred available method.

Payment must be made within the 7-days, after the item is won. 

This can be extended by another 7-days only, if a valid reason if given and approved through a direct message.

If an item is not paid for within the agreed time, the order will be cancelled and the item will be relisted for the next auction.

Delivery

Once an item is paid for, it will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, to allow for any collection/postage delays. 

We usually dispatch paid items the next working day.

We are able to hold paid items for a short time if needed, and send out on an arranged date. This must be arranged through direct message.

Returns and Refunds

If an item arrives not as described, we are happy to accept returns. A valid reason must be provided.

Once the item is returned and received by us, a refund will be provided to the original payment method.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. 

Please provide photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the damage.
