In essence this service can be requested BUT YOU DO  SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.It is always recommended that for expensive  records that the Royal mail special delivery service is always used.

The standard Mail option is via Standard air  mail, for records upto a price of £20.00.

The above rates are inclusive of the cost of materials, the time  to pick and package the item(s) securely, and transport to the Post  Office. You only pay what it costs but this is NOT just the price  of the postage. 
NB all records are sent in proper record mailers and with strengthener  to ensure that you receive the records in the condition they were  sent.
