It is Epic Records U.S. catalog number FE 39304. Record comes packaged inside the cover in a plain white inner sleeve.

Condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks. Condition of cover is a high VG++ with a very few slight wrinkles, a little ring and contact wear, and a little wear along the edges and on the corners. Plain white inner sleeve is in good shape with no splits or tears.
