Silent Hill 4: The Room original soundtrack by Akira Yamaoka released by Mondo/DeathWaltz records on black vinyl. This album is new and unplayed, but the plastic wrap was torn during shipping. The album has been thoroughly check for damage which there was none, and given a new jacket. Hype insert included. I would grade this as mint/near mint, and I have kept it in a pet and smoke free home.
