All orders shipped via International airmail: Delivery times will vary depending on location, 7 – 14 business days is typical for most countries although 3 weeks is not unusual.

If you choose the cheapest shipping method it is not my fault if your items get lost in the mail. Lost mail is rare but it does happen and you can't blame the seller.
