The Smiths HATFUL OF HOLLOW Vinyl LP ROUGH 76 Early 1985 UK Pressing.
For sale is this early UK vinyl LP of THE SMITHS 1984 album HATFUL OF HOLLOW with gatefold sleeve. This copy is the 1985 UK reprint missing the Garrod and Lofthouse print credit on the back and with the songs out of correct sequence on the glossy inner sleeve. The matrix numbers are hand etched ROUGH 76 A1 (side one) and ROUGH 76 B3 (side two) with "Ian (Eire)" and "The Impotence of Ernest" hand etched into the run-outs (quite indistinctly on this pressing). A really nice early UK pressing. Please feel free to use the "Make Offer" button - I won't mind.
Condition: Please note I am not a professional dealer, I'm just selling a few of my own records. I am not experienced in grading vinyl. I can only give an honest appraisal of the condition of this disc based on visual inspection. Please look carefully at the pictures. That said - I would say the sleeve is good with some ring wear visible and very minor discolouration caused by age and light. The inner sleeve is very good with the seams lifting slightly at the top edge where they catch against the sleeve when being put back and I would say the disc looks good to very good at least still with its glossy lustre though with some light surface scuffs and scratches visible in strong sunlight.
If this record interests you please keep checking my listings as I'm going to list several other Smiths and Morrissey LPs and cassette tapes in the coming days.
Thanks for looking.
