I am a seasoned individual vinyl collector, not a store.  Generally speaking, I sell vinyl to fund my record collecting.  Your record(s) will be carefully handled and delivered to you in vinyl-specific packaging, typically recycled from my own vinyl purchases.  All vinyl that I sell has been stored properly in a temperature controlled area from the time I received it.  I only sell vinyl between October & May to avoid the risk of hot weather warping the vinyl if it's left outside in the sun when delivered. If the record is new, it's likely one that I have picked up for myself and grabbed an extra copy of. I will occasionally source them at estate sales as well, but sealed vinyl is hard to come by in those sales.
If the vinyl is used, It may have been sourced at an estate sale or traded for. Most are records where I got a pressing I liked more, or that I listened to a few times and decided to sell. I will also occasionally come across used records super cheap and sell them at ridiculous low prices with visual grading only.(i.e., I don't listen to them) so that the brave have a chance at scoring a major bargain - but I don't accept returns on those (which will be noted on the listing)
Because I am not a record store, I don't have the resources to absorb the value loss of new records being opened and returned. If you are inclined to return records for things like surface noise, or the typical mild wobble of a pressing that is not perfectly flat, or just didn't like the pressing, I humbly suggest that you probably should buy from a large vendor.  Please use the numerous online resources to research the pressings to see if you are willing to accept the risk of encountering issues. I accept returns of new records only when they are unopened, and used records only if they are in the same condition they were sold.
