This is the Gee Records release of The Teenagers album - The Teenagers Featuring Frankie Lymon - Record 701. This is an ODD Pressing as the 1st press was on the Red and Black Gee Label. This is a solid gray label, with the deep groove used back then in the label and on nice firm vinyl, NOT the flimsy vinyl used in the '70s, '80s, reissues. This also has the glossy laminated cover which the glossy lamination were used on many of the '50s and early '60s covers. This possibly is a transition Gee label from when going from the older style Red & Black to the Gray label with the Stylized "G" in Red. The record is in VG++ condition and the cover is graded a nice VG. The reason for grading the cover VG is the top seam was repaired and taped across, but neatly done, not noticeable on the front but you can see a shade difference on the back. There is also a piece of tape, about 2 1/2 to 3" on the bottom seam going from the opening. The cover shows very nicely and the lamination still has a nice shine to it.
