This is an original 1st pressing 7" single 45 by THE STROKES titled UNDER COVER OF DARKNESS b/w YOU'RE SO RIGHT. This comes with the original PS (picture sleeve). This was made in the U.S.A. & was released by RCA Records. It's release #88697-86140-7-SA. Both of these tracks are from the 2011 lp ANGLES. The name STERLING is stamped into the trail-off area on both sides. This is a high quality mastering company in the U.S.A. See the pics & the eBay pre-filled info for further details. The vinyl is only visually graded under a strong light & is graded VG. Though it remains somewhat glossy & shiny, it has some light scratches on the vinyl both sides. Will the scratches be heard when playing? Will it affect play on the turntable? I don't have the equipment to play test this record so I can't answer those questions. DO NOT BUY THIS RECORD EXPECTING MINT UNPLAYED CLEAN CONDITION! The PS (picture sleeve) is in VG condition. There's obviously some ringwear on both sides, which I think is how this PS was manufactured. Every copy I've seen has this same ringwear on both sides. ALL the sides/seams are intact. NO writing on the sleeve. Please look at the pics closely & see for yourself all the details about this item. This is still a good piece for your collection. This item is sold as is. NO RETURNS.
