The cover has some spots on the back but I’d say conservatively VG+ condition.
The record has some faint marks but whatever sound it makes, you can’t hear it over the crackly original recording. I’d call it EX-. I’m not sure what year this was released but it seems to be an American release. By the looks of Discogs, it might be from 1972, a similar Austrian release was made that year.
