Here we have sealed copy of Big Thing by Duran Duran on 12" vinyl record.
This has very kindly been donated to our Charity Store.
Cosmetically the vinyl record is in excellent condition due to being sealed.
This is the double vinyl edition and is labelled as a promotional copy.

Julia’s House is not a typical children’s hospice. 
We provide practical and emotional support for families caring for a child with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition, providing frequent and regular support in their own homes, in the community or at our hospice.

 BUYING FROM US:

Every effort is made to describe an item as honestly and accurately as possible using all the information available to us. Many items will have been researched using online information, but the actual history of an item maybe unknown.

As our eBay sales are operated entirely separately from our shop sales, items are not available for viewing at the shops before purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer "Buy It Now" on any active auction.

Our eBay business operates 3 days a week, (except Bank Holidays) our hours of trading are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9.30am – 5pm. Email inquiries will be dealt with during working hours.

Although listings may run into the Bank holidays we will not be able to complete transactions or reply to inquiries etc, until our next working day.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the problem.  Should there be an issue with a sale, we will always do our best to resolve it fairly and amicably. If this does not prove possible, then the eBay Resolution Centre will be used to determine an outcome.

PAYMENT

We only accept PayPal as an online payment method to enable us to follow eBay's Buyer’s and Seller's protection policy. We ask that payment is made within 2 days from the end of the listing via PayPal and we will only ship to your registered PayPal address; Please check your address before making payment. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We usually dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving full and cleared payment. (Please note that this may not always be possible during Bank Holiday weekends)

Our shipping rates include postage, packaging and handling. Most items will be shipped using MyHermes signed for courier service and are automatically insured for our customer’s peace of mind. As this is a signed for service, please ensure a member of the household is available to sign for the delivery. Please check the condition of your delivery thoroughly before signing. We always obtain proof of posting for all items sent.

Items of a significantly high value will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We will only ship abroad if the Buyer uses the eBay "Global Shipping Programme".

Should an item be lost in transit a full refund will be given only when the Courier or Royal Mail declares that the item is lost and issues compensation. Please allow time for investigation. 

Should an item be damaged we will require photographic evidence of damage to the parcel and contents which we can then present to Royal Mail or the Carrier for their own investigation.

We will give discount on P&P for multiple purchases wherever possible.

RETURNS POLICY

We do our very best to ensure that all our items are as described and delivered in the condition stated. If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price and delivery for faulty or damaged goods.  

If you change your mind on a purchase, please notify us within 14 days from receipt. You then have a further 7 days in which to return it, return postage is to be paid by the buyer. We will refund the original purchase price including delivery charges. All returned items must be in the condition they were received in and unused.
