This is the 1989 SOLAR RECORDS U.S. VINYL LP titled 'Tender Lover' from R&B singer / songwriter Babyface.  It is Solar Records U.S. catalog number FZ 45288, with the original factory shrinkwrap still surrounding the cover and with the original hype sticker still affixed to the shrinkwrap over the front cover.  Record comes packaged inside the cover in its original plain white inner sleeves.

Condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks.  Condition of cover is EX with the original factory shrinkwrap still surrounding the cover, and with just alittle wear on the corners.  Plain white paper inner sleeve is in good shape.
