Tear to the shrink wrap at top center and bottom right, but still holding firm. It looks like a price sticker was removed from the top right corner. Sticky residue around clear Pearl Jam sticker on front. It looks like a paper insert from inside is just out of the sleeve, and bent over under the shrink wrap.
