We ship our items asap, in the order of all sales made, certainly within the promised handling time of 10 business days (Mon-Fri except for Japanese national holidays. 

Please refrain from demanding quicker shipment or complain that our shipping is slow as long as we properly meet this promised handling time (which we always do!) We do not respond to such messages. Thanks! 

Returns

We offer 60 day  free return policy. Please see below for the conditions.

* Please contact us prior to returning the item to ensure correct and prompt refund. We will refund your money once we receive the item.

* The refund may or may not be in full depending on the condtion of the returned item and the reason of your return.

* Please return the items in unused condition with original packaging and shipping slip put in a shipping box or a mailer bag that would withstand the overseas return shipment.

* Return shipping is covered by the seller when ALL above conditions are properly met.
