We ship our items asap, in the order of sale orders received, certainly within promised handling time of 10 business days (Mon-Fri) except for Japanese national holidays. 

Please refrain from demanding quicker shipping or complain that the shipping is late, as long as we're meeting the promised handling time shown in this listing (which we always do!)  We do not respond to such messages.  

Returns

We offer 60 day free return policy. Please see below for the conditions.

* Please contact us prior to returning the item to ensure correct and prompt refund. We will refund your money once we receive the item.

* The refund may or may not in full depending on the condition of the returned item and the reason of the return. 

* Please return the items in unused condition with original packaging and shipping slip put in a shipping box or a mailer bag that would withstand the overseas return shipment.
