SIZE/MEASUREMENTS:
Measuring the jacket, it is 12-1/4" x 12-1/4" x 1/8" at its largest areas. Vinyl Record is 12 inches.
  PHOTOS: 13 photos of the exact item that you are buying. Photos 11 through 13 show scuffs/scratches.
Jacket has seam tears (see photos 5 & 6).   *REMINDER: ALWAYS READ THE CONDITION SECTION.*

Fair to Good Condition.

The inlay (inner-sleeve) is the original and is in good condition. The LP has some typical scuffs with some being more like scratches.
 Photos 11 through 13 will give you an idea of what to expect.
Jacket has seam tears (see photos 5 & 6).
 Looking at the album, it doesn't appear to have any places that will skip. The scuffs/scratches will cause some sounds though.
