Vinyl is very clean. You can see in pictures labeled A & B that there are visible scuffs on the vinyl. I played and could not hear any noise at all. (Tracking force 1.5g.)
Sleeve has a few smudges that might come off if you try ... and a little ring wear at the front/bottom - not very visible.
Includes 2 inserts: Lyrics/ credits and Subterranean catalog.
