This listing is for the 1968 ABC Records release of the Florence Ballard tracks: It Doesn't Matter How I Say It (It's What I Say That Matters) b/w Goin' Out Of My Head - ABC Records number 11074. The record is in a Nice VG condition and graded this way as when held under bright light and tilted there are enough lines to warrant this grade. This is a white label DJ/Promo Copy and when held in front of a light the vinyl appear to be a deep red opaque color. Both sides sound great and I believe the "A" side is a Northern Soul favorite.
