Welcome to our eBay store!

British rockers Thunder’s debut  ‘Backstreet Symphony’ was released in 1990 to huge critical and commercial success. It was produced by Andy Taylor from Duran Duran, peaked in the UK album chart at No.21, and has since gone gold.

It spawned five hit singles; ‘Love Walked In’, ‘Dirty Love’, ‘Gimme Some Lovin’, ‘She’s So Fine’, and the title track which also charted in the UK. The record has gone on to be a classic of the band’s catalogue and many of its songs are still in the band’s live set today.

This expanded edition contains three previously unreleased, bonus live versions of hits from the album. The vinyl version is back in print, on limited edition colour vinyl, for the first time in over 30 years.

Shipping

Eyesore Merch is based in and ships from the United Kingdom.

We ship all orders exclusively via Royal Mail. We offer various shipping methods throughout our store. Please check each individual product’s shipping options and rates carefully before buying.

Get It Fast! Our handling & despatch time is typically less than one business day.

Orders received before 2.30pm from Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day. Orders received over a weekend will ship on the following Monday. Please note that you will receive a despatch notice on the day that the order has been prepared for shipment.

Orders received during the weekend of a UK public holiday will ship on the earliest available working day.

Please double-check that the full, correct shipping address has been entered before completing checkout. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We cannot change a shipping address once the order has been processed and dispatched.

On receiving your order, if you are not entirely happy with the item, please refer to our returns policy.


UK Postage Options
Royal Mail Second Class - Our default postage service. Normally delivered 2-5 working days after shipment, but could take up to a maximum of 14 days. Includes a Delivery Confirmation Number (note: this is not full end-to-end tracking).

Royal Mail First Class - A premium service. Normally delivered 1-2 working days after shipment, but not guaranteed. Includes a Delivery Confirmation Number (note: this is not full end-to-end tracking).

Royal Mail Special Delivery - A guaranteed premium service. Next working day, guaranteed before 1pm. Fully tracked. If you need the item urgently, for example for a special occasion, we strongly advise upgrading to Special Delivery shipping.


International Postage Options
We ship all international orders via Royal Mail International Standard Airmail (for exceptions, please see below). This normally takes 5-18 days from shipment, up to a maximum of 40 days (this may vary relative to proximity to the UK).

For Australia and New Zealand, please allow 7-21 days from shipment. Once your order enters your country, the final mile delivery will be handled by your national mail carrier (e.g. in the USA, it will be delivered by USPS).


IMPORTANT: Royal Mail International Standard Airmail does not include tracking. While we recognise that full end-to-end tracking is included as standard in many countries, unfortunately, this is still a premium service in the UK through Royal Mail (our national mail carrier). If you require a tracked service, please contact us via eBay messenger for tracked shipping rates.

Please be aware that sometimes, disruptions and delays out of our control may occur. Unfortunately, this is particularly prevalent with the current COVID situation. If you have not received your order within 40 days after purchase then please do contact us.

Customs Charges
We understand that for international customers, a fee to receive your order may be charged by your local customs authority, whether this charge occurs or not is completely out of our control. Therefore the payment of any such fee (import tax, duty, or any similar customs fees) is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Please be aware that we will not falsely declare the value of an order for the purpose of reducing the likelihood of your package attracting a customs fee. In order to comply with customs laws both in the UK and internationally, we are obliged to declare the true sales value of the goods.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a no hassle 30-day right-to-return policy.

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us via eBay’s messaging service with your order number, and specify whether you require a refund or an exchange. We will provide detailed return instructions, and then issue a refund or process an exchange upon the item's safe return to us. Please note that we require all returned goods to be returned in the condition in which they were despatched.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange returned items that have clearly been worn, washed, soiled or intentionally damaged. If in our opinion any of these situations apply to a returned item, we reserve the right to refusal of refund.

Return postage costs
Eyesore Merch cannot cover return postage costs if the item is no longer desired, does not fit, or for any customer error (for example, if the wrong item was ordered).

We will cover the return postage costs if an item arrives in a defective or damaged condition, or if we sent an incorrect item.

Cancellation
If you place an order but then decide that you no longer want the item(s) then you have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund, no questions asked. However, if your order has already been processed and despatched before your order is cancelled, then please refer to our right-to-return policy.
