Record is VG+ ~ Vinyl has a nice gleam with a couple minor markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
Sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has slight ring wear, the top left corner has been clipped off, the corners are lightly dinged and the edges have slight wear with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
