The record is VG+ ~ Vinyl has a great gleam with a couple very minor markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has very minor ring wear, the corners have slight dings and the edges are lightly worn with some minor tearing with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
