The record is VG+ ~ Both LPs have a wonderful gleam and are in great shape, there are a couple VERY MINOR markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ The sleeve has some very slight creasing and dings to the corners and edges with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
