The record is VG+ ~ The record is in great shape with a very nice gleam, there are a couple VERY MINOR markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear, there is light creasing and wear to the corners and edges with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
