The record is VG+ ~ The vinyl has a very nice gleam with a couple very light markings, none of which should effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some very light ring and shelf wear, there is some slight creasing to the front side, with some slight corner dings and minor wear to the edges with NO SPLITS! (see photos)
