The record VG+ ~ Vinyl has a nice gleam and is in great shape with a couple very minor markings which should not effect the audio quality whatsoever.
The sleeve is VG+ ~ There is some slight ring wear, the corners are lightly dinged and the edges have minor wear with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
