I purchased these just as they came out and where distributed.  According to all information the first pressing distributed were from Canada and France.  The ones I purchased had barely hit the shelves.  The only true way to tell color is to open the package which is not an option.  All the barcodes and identifier numbers are the same on all versions which makes it harder to tell.  So to recap these were purchased the day after release and I was able to obtain due to knowing the local distributor  and when he was coming to stock shelves.  This has all the earmarks of being the first pressing from France which is said to be "Opaque".  Subsequent versions have been from the Czech Republic.  With that being said full disclosure has been made and due to being sealed it is upto the buyer to make a  decision based on the information provided.  Should it not be Opaque and it is translucent and we have made every effort to disclose the common issue  no refunds will be accepted.
