Didier Marouani and his band "Space" have long been beloved in Russia. But Marouani visited the USSR for the first time almost 40 years ago, in 1983. Due to legal issues, he couldn't use the "Space" brand temporarily, so the group he toured with was named "Paris-France-Transit." However, this didn't affect attendance: Didier held 21 sold-out concerts in Moscow, Leningrad, and Kiev, which resulted in a double live album. For hundreds of thousands of Russian music enthusiasts, this was their first high-level show with quality sound and lighting, laser shows, and magical melodies. Maschina Records invites everyone to relive those wonderful summer days of 1983 with a new release of the live album "Concerts En URSS," which has been remastered from analog master tapes from Didier Marouani's archives.
