Sales Terms: All purchases are considered final unless a product significantly deviates from its description in the listing. In cases of misrepresented items, we are pleased to provide a full refund of the purchase amount.

Our policy allows for returns within 30 days of the sale date. To initiate a return, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization number from the Seller and will be accountable for both return shipping expenses and insurance. Upon the secure return and evaluation of the product, a complete refund of the purchase price (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be issued. Please note that our corporate regulations prevent us from granting partial refunds.

For items that remain in their original packaging and have not been opened (NRFB), a restocking fee of 10% will be applicable if the buyer decides to return them after unsealing.

Damage is defined as items that are broken and non-functional (including animation, lighting, and sound) or breakage that cannot be easily repaired by re-gluing. Instances may occur during shipping where pieces become detached but can be reattached with glue. Such occurrences are not classified as damage.

All shipments are insured, and if necessary, claims will be filed with the shipping company. Buyers are required to retain all packaging materials and the item itself until the claim resolution. Providing photographs of the damage is essential for filing a damage claim.

For returns, the original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included. Unauthorized returns will be rejected. Customers are responsible for non-refundable shipping expenses.

Although we take utmost care in packaging items securely, on rare occasions, breakage may happen during transit. All shipments are insured, and customers must contact us to initiate a claim. We also document items before shipping as evidence of their condition (excluding NRFB items, as previously mentioned). Once items leave our possession, we cannot be held responsible for their handling.
