The vinyl is in beautiful condition and looks pretty much unplayed, hence the Mint grading. I have also given it some time in the Ultrasonic cleaner and the audio is great. I have graded the cover as Ex+ and hopefully the photos will show that. The front cover is lovely and pretty much Mint. The back cover has age related discolouration spots, hence the Ex grading. There is writing on the back, and I was told by the original owner, that he got the signature from Jack Good in 1966 on a film set, where he was an extra. I haven't been able to verify the signature, so have not put it as a selling point, but have no reason not to believe it isn't. Otherwise, this is a beautiful upgrade copy, that rarely comes up looking as good as this.
